Adam’s programme was a great way to kickstart my training in 2017 after indulging at Christmas. It’s a level of high intensity I wasn’t used to and the different exercises and rep ranges kept it interesting. The programme takes commitment and consistency, but Adam is always there for support and advice and he swapped out exercises to tailor the programme for me.
