If you’re looking to manipulate your macros here’s a great example of a nutrient dense Vegan low carb high fat meal.

The Protein source was a Linda McCartney Hoisin “Duck” soy product and the Raspberries are there to add extra anti-oxidants with minimal carbohydrates, not absolutely essential but raise the nutrient density of the meal.
