Banish Bingo Wings !

Go into battle with some ropes and banish those bingo wings for good!

Battle Ropes are one of my favourite HIIT movements, they are amazing for fat loss, fitness and for sculpting your arms, shoulders and core.

I like to combine movements for time so I’ll do 20 double arms, 20 alternating arms, 20 arm circles and 20 side to sides, always guaranteed to create boulder shoulders and burn up the bingo wings 🔥

The new addition to my home gym this week that’ll be hosting some clients soon, watch this space!

Today’s workout was a 6 exercise 3 round timed circuit:
A1 – Punch Bag Work 45s on 15s off
A2- Squats/Lunges 45s on 15s off
A3 – Core Exercise 45s on 15s off
A4 – Handle bar push-ups 45s on 15s off
A5 – TRX Rows 45s on 15s off
A6 – Battle Ropes 45s on 15s off
