Bircher Oats

Who doesn’t love a simple tasty Bircher Breakfast?

Mix the above together in a pan, bowl or container put a lid on and leave in the fridge overnight to soften.

Then add organic berries, pumpkin, hemp and chia seeds, a few chopped dates or figs and maybe a dollop of coconut yoghurt to really push the boat out.
