I’m back with another cheeky little home circuit workout utilising some water bottles!

A1 – TRX Rows x 15

A2 – Water Bottle Front Squats x 15

A3 – Handle Bar Push ups x 15

A4 – Alternating Hand Leg Raise x 30 total

Repeat for 4-5 total rounds.
