Effective, fun, challenging and perfect when you only have access to minimal kit.
- A1 – Alt Lunge Curl
- A2 – Curl Squat Press
- A3 – Bent Over Row
- A4 – Devil Press
- A5 – Renegade Rotation Row
⚠️Perform 5-10 reps per exercise and 3-4 sets.
⚠️Start with a low number of reps and add a rep each workout.
⚠️Rest 60-90 seconds between sets.
