Dumbbell Complexes are for you!

A Complex is a series of exercises each performed for a set number of reps, one after the other without putting the weight down.

Effective, fun, challenging and perfect when you only have access to minimal kit.

  • A1 – Alt Lunge Curl
  • A2 – Curl Squat Press
  • A3 – Bent Over Row
  • A4 – Devil Press
  • A5 – Renegade Rotation Row

⚠️Perform 5-10 reps per exercise and 3-4 sets.

⚠️Start with a low number of reps and add a rep each workout.

⚠️Rest 60-90 seconds between sets.
