Find Your Why

From my experience as a coach and as an imperfect human being, one of the main reasons that people fall of fthe vegan wagon early on and or don’t reach their fitness goals, or any goal for that matter is that you haven’t spent the time connecting to and forming a strong WHY before you start, a deep emotional reason as to WHY YOU want to achieve this goal, maybe you’re trying to achieve a goal for someone else rather than yourself?

My WHY for going Vegan was so strong and intrinsically linked to a deep and empathetic connection to the trauma and suffering of innocent animals, that it made sticking to my guns so much easier during challenging times.

My current WHY for getting into good shape again on The 90 Day Plant Powered shred is intrinsically linked to my passion for improving myself, being proud of my body again and optimising my health and fitness, so that I can be the best version of myself.
