Have You Lost Size Since Becoming Vegan?

There’s many myths surrounding a plant based diet, such as the protein and deficiencies arguments, last week I was asked a great question on social media that I thought I would share with you.

A great question I was asked the other day on social media, here’s my answer… Although I have lost size SINCE going vegan, I have not lost size BECAUSE of going vegan.

My switch to Veganism coincided with a time in my life where my Awareness and consciousness changed from being solely focussed on bodybuilding and counting calories, to a higher level of interest into many other wonderful things going on in the world around me.

So any loss in size is more due to a change in my priorities in daily/weekly life, such as no longer training 5-6 days a week, such as no longer counting calories and macronutrients on a daily basis.

If my priority shifted to the need for an increase in muscle size and reduction in body fat, then I wouldn’t have any problem in achieving these goals on a vegan diet.

Muscle Size is just no longer my main daily priority.
