This is quite an intense circuit so allow more rest between exercises if you need it, listen to your body.

Banded Squats 3 x 15
TRX Rows 3 x 15
TRX Split Squats 3 x 15
Handlebar Push-ups 3 x 15
AB Wheel Rollouts 3 x 15
TRX Bicep Curls 3 x 15
Hollow Body Holds 3 x 15
TRX Tricep Extensions 3 x 15
Rest in between exercises as much as you need, and approx 1-2 minutes after each circuit, depending on the intensity required.
