Here’s a great little Home Workout, lucky I’ve got a few pieces of kit to make things more interesting!  

This is quite an intense circuit so allow more rest between exercises if you need it, listen to your body.

TRX or similar suspension trainer…
Push-up Bars…
AB Wheel…
Exercise bands…
Exercise or Yoga Mat (mine is by Artogi)…  

The Circuit

Banded Squats 3 x 15
TRX Rows 3 x 15
TRX Split Squats 3 x 15
Handlebar Push-ups 3 x 15
AB Wheel Rollouts 3 x 15
TRX Bicep Curls 3 x 15
Hollow Body Holds 3 x 15
TRX Tricep Extensions 3 x 15  

Rest in between exercises as much as you need, and approx 1-2 minutes after each circuit, depending on the intensity required.
