Along with the huge growth in health and fitness, bodybuilding, fitness modelling and the pursuit of the body beautiful especially on social media, comes an ever increasing demand for protein, mainly animal protein.

I feel it’s become an obsession and I find it increasingly distrubing that we would place a greater importance in that of our own body image, over the life of an innocent being and the well being of our planet.

But it doesn’t have to be that way, I’m here to show you how to transform your body and our planet just by changing the food choices we make.
