“Adam has taught me so much about fitness and nutrition.
Before I started his 12 week programme, I was doing the same thing every time I went to the gym. I have been plant-based for four years but although I thought I had quite a healthy diet I now know how little I knew!
I’m glad I found a plant-based PT because I wanted a PT and it was great to find one who shared my ethos. I would not have got on well with a PT who thought whey protein was beneficial. Adam’s recipes were so delicious and will remain a part of my repertoire going forwards. The Thai Curry is the best I’ve ever made! I really enjoyed going HFLC as it made me feel trim and full of energy and I have benefitted from a deeper understanding of nutrition.
There were times that I felt frustrated that my body wasn’t turning into that of a goddess but Adam helped me see I had made progress and by the end of the 12 weeks I felt strong, toned and lean.
Years ago, I slipped a disc in my back and I also have knee and wrist injuries but despite never actually meeting Adam he was able to take me through a 12 week programme without any of these problems flaring up.
I think that is incredible. I’ve done so many different fitness challenges in the past that have all resulted in injury – this is the first programme I’ve completed in tact and that is down to Adam personalising the plan to my particular set of needs.
To think that I am uninjured and yet have pushed myself and reached new fitness peaks is astounding and gives me courage that I can have the level of fitness I want without injury. That means more to me than any inches lost (although I’m also very happy to see tone appear on my arms and stomach!)”
