From Meat to Plants in 90 Days

90 Day Shred, Aspiration and Inspiration, Testimonials


This is a really amazing testimonial to get from one of my Plant Powered Shredders, Rodrigo, it isn’t just about him getting into great shape, but that the program has helped Rodrigo successfully transition to a plant based diet, equipping him with all the essential fundamentals he needs to live and eat a more compassionate existence.

He got into great shape but by his own admission could have done better, but he has had a few long term health issues that we are going to work on together at a later date.

He’s what Rodrigo had to say…

“Adam has helped me a lot over these past 90 days with the plant power training program and diet.

The transition I made from a meat eater to vegan wasn’t easy. It took me about a year to change my habits. I was still eating fish, milk and eggs before meeting Adam on one of his talking shows. I didn’t know who he was. A friend saw one of his posts about his lecture on a website and thought of me as I told him that I was thinking in becoming vegan, but just didn’t know how.

I was really interested in seeing what he had to say. For me, I didn’t want to transition just for the sake of been a vegan. As a guy who likes sports and lifting weights, I wanted to understand how I could combine both training and diet together. I had always done this with animal products, but not plant based.

My other reason for this change was when I saw a documentary called HOME. It shook me to my bones. The devastation we are causing our Planet and to ourselves is beyond belief. Unfortunately, most of us don’t see that, or choose not to.

I saw Adam as the guy who would change and teach me more about plant-based diet and fitness.

These past 90 days has been the most incredible experience. Not to say that I feel more energetic, I train better, I feel stronger, focused, happy, light, you name it.

Thank you, Adam, for this incredible experience. I’m definitely carrying on as vegan.

I used to hear people saying how difficult being a vegan is. You end up believing in them and never try. I’m telling you, it’s so not. It’s actually really fun. Cooking, for me, has become a kind of meditation. I believe if you have time to have fun with your friends, go to the cinema, go to the pub or watch TV, you also have time to cook. Your body and soul will say thank you.
