My 10 Personal Training Commandments

Here’s what you can expect from me as your Personal Trainer and My 10 Personal Training Commandments.

  1. I can help you and inspire you, but I cannot cure you.
  2. I can give you the proper education but I cannot do the work for you.
  3. I can encourage you and challenge you but I cannot prevent the natural peaks and valleys of your fitness journey.
  4. I can walk you through the process, but I can’t guarantee it will be easier.
  5. I can believe in you but you must believe in yourself.
  6. I can hope for years of active living, but only you can choose to be active.
  7. I can make you stronger, but I can’t make you indestructible.
  8. I can hope that your success will inspire others’ success, but you must believe success is possible.
  9. I can give you the best of my experience, knowledge, and encouragement but in the end, it is you, my client, who must decide and commit to living the life that I know is possible for you.
  10. I know that only you can make it happen, only you can open yourself up to the realities of healthy living and allow yourself to be inspired. I am privileged everyday to inspire you and the rest of the world to fitness.

Return to LOMAX

“Sometimes you need to go away so that you can come back and see your world with new eyes”


I am also returning to LOMAX PT Studios in Chelsea on Fulham Road to train clients as of Friday 02/11/16 this week.

I’m going back for several reasons, firstly the studio I am in is closing down at Christmas which was the initial reason for looking elsewhere, I have missed the team and environment at LOMAX and I feel it offers the best level of facilities and equipment for my clients.
