Pulling in Lockdown – part 1

Even though you can’t go out, you can still pull in lockdown! 😉

One thing Bodyweight and home workouts can be lacking in is pulling movements.

Table Rows are the answer!

Just make sure the top is solid and the table is slightly longer than the one I was using 🤪
