Pulling in Lockdown – part 3

Here’s a great little pulling TRI-Set you can do at home as part of a bigger workout to build a lean back:

  • A1 – Table Rows 3 x 10
  • A2 – TRX Rows 3 x 15
  • A3 – Towel Rows 3 x 20

Perform each exercise back to back for maximum effect resting about 60 seconds between rounds. Stay Plant Powered 🌱 💪
