Makes 7-8 pancakes
100g Buckwheat flour
30g Pumpkin Protein powder
1tbsp baking powder
Generous sprinkle of flakes sea salt
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
2tbsp maple syrup
Cook using a medium/hot pan with a bit of coconut oil, it’s time to toss them when the edges brown and you get those little bubbles on top.
Top with coconut yoghurt and blueberry and blackberry compote.
