Simple Sausage Salad



Here’s how you can take a couple of Linda McCartney frozen vegan sausages and turn them into a deliciously healthy, raw plant powered salad.

Add a grated (carrot, cucumber, vegan cheese), chopped red pepper, cherry tomatoes, spiralised courgette, seasoning plus a tbsp of LEON burger sauce (this is incredible!) then chopped up the Linda McCartney sausages and then just toss together.
