Spanish Soul-Food Adventure: Chia Pudding

A chia seed pudding is one of the easiest and quickest vegan breakfasts you can make, if you know how!

Chia seeds are rammed full of omega 3’s, a decent level of protein and some carbs, which makes them a really balanced food.

All you need to do to make the chia pudding is to simply soak them for 10-20 minutes if your milk is cold or 2 minutes if it is warm like mine was in this video. When you do soak them make sure you stir them regularly to prevent them forming lumps that look like frog spawn.

Then just throw on your toppings of choice. I was limited today but goji berries, cacao nibs, coconut flakes are some of my usual favourites.

Buen Provecho!
