Take Time for Reflection



There was a time for all of us where we could only hope or dream about the life we are currently living but the process of evolution can be such a slow and gradual one that we lose perspective of where we are now compared to where we have been.

“Remember when you wanted, what you currently have.”

Take time to look at your life now and remember a time when you didn’t have what you currently do, the relationship, the career, the inner peace, the body, the car, the house, the wisdom or your living situation.

In 2011 I started the process of wanting to create an online business and live abroad, there have been many challenges over the past year as I’ve navigated living in a new country and it could be easy for me to get lost in those, if I didn’t take time to think back when this life was a dream, and a vision that I held onto with hope and enthusiasm.

So give yourself a pat on the back today, you’ve come a long way, well done for being you and for the life you’ve created.

There’s been many times when I’ve reflected back on my life and the journeys I’ve been on such as writing my book, taking time out to appreciate your hard work is essential before you move to the next stage of your journey.
