The 5 Tibetans

The 5 Tibetans are a really effective and simple movement sequence to get the energy flowing through your body first thing in the morning.  

It takes no more than 10 minutes so is perfect to do before breakfast, I do mine after my hour meditation and before breakfast, it really sets your day up nicely, especially at the moment.  

Make sure that you focus on your breath throughout, in through the nose and out through the mouth.  

After finishing your 21 repetitions perform 3 deep breaths before moving to the next.

Give them a go this morning, they are another great wellbeing habit to stack on to the rest of your routine and will fill you with positive energy to start your day.
