Upper Body 20 Minute AMRAP

Here’s a simple little upper body workout I’ve been doing this week with the #trx and my ab wheel.

This also makes for a great upper body warmup that I usually do for 1 round without the rollouts.

20 minutes As Many Rounds As Possible of the following:

  1. TRX Rows x 15
  2. Handlebar Push-ups x 15
  3. W-Flys x 15
  4. TRX Overhead Tricep Ext x 15
  5. TRX Bicep Curls x 15
  6. AB Wheel Rollouts x 15
