Here’s a simple little upper body workout I’ve been doing this week with the #trx and my ab wheel.
This also makes for a great upper body warmup that I usually do for 1 round without the rollouts.
20 minutes As Many Rounds As Possible of the following:
- TRX Rows x 15
- Handlebar Push-ups x 15
- W-Flys x 15
- TRX Overhead Tricep Ext x 15
- TRX Bicep Curls x 15
- AB Wheel Rollouts x 15
