What we cultivate we get more of…

Education, Spirituality

Abundance good or bad there’s plenty where that came from in the Universe, it’s infinite for GOD’s sake! (Pun intended 😜)

I woke up today and was confronted across social media by the trending hashtag #prayforamazonia which is in relation to the current devastating operation of deforestation of the Amazon that the current Brazilian government is pushing, destroying it at a speed three times as much as before the current president Jair Bolsonaro came to power.

It is without a doubt one of the most heart wrenching global catastrophes of our time, that thousands of years old indigenous cultures, knowledge, wisdom, healing plants and diverse species of both plants and animals are being wiped out, not to mention that it is an essential tool for us to offset 50% of CO2 emissions, mainly caused by the Animal Agriculture industry that part of this is being cleared for, along with the oxygen that this incredible ecosystem delivers to enable life on our planet.

It helped me remember a dream that I had last night, regarding how nature works in terms of creating more of whatever is focussed on, jungle, forests and nature left alone will grow in abundance, likewise the destruction of plant life and the rainforests and the creation of more arid landscapes will encourage a more arid and desert landscape due to the water cycle and how plants interact with this, this is the way in nature and it is the way within us, we are nature, what we cultivate we create more of, in unlimited and abundant amounts.

We are what we eat and have trillions of bacteria in our digestive systems that react and change in accordance to what we eat and then require more of the same, so whether you eat a diet focused on processed/refined foods or a natural whole food diet, you’ll find that you’ll crave to eat more of it, YOU have cultivated your gut bacteria and your eating habits relate to that to support it.

Maybe you cultivate your sexiness on social media, you post semi naked pictures and you enjoy the positive attention and comments that you get but then you start getting sleazy comments or nasty negative comments that you don’t like to receive but you don’t have a choice, YOU have cultivated the attention and that’s what you’re getting along the full spectrum positive or negative.

You can choose to cultivate a positive mindset, through meditation, mantras, breath work, affirmations and a positive approach to life and you will reap what you sow, you will manifest positive situations and outcomes in your life.

Likewise if you cultivate a negative mindset, maybe from no fault of your own, a bad life experience, some poor luck and before you know it your mindset is drawing negative situations and people towards you like a magnet.

We are all little self fulfilling prophecy machines.

So you can see that really nothing in nature or life is either ‘Good’ or ‘Bad’ this is just a label we have chosen to offer something based on experience or teachings, underlying all of this is really just the energy and belief we invest in something that ultimately makes a difference.

I’ve had several synchronistic personal experiences recently that have proven to me the connectedness of all life and all experiences and I’ve realised that Abundance is really all there is in the Universe, after all the Universe is infinite and growing all the time and we are made of the universe, woven into the fabric of it.

It’s just how we all choose to define and focus our energy on the Abundance in our lives that ultimately matters, we choose what label we decide to give things and we choose what perception we have of the world and it’s this choice that gives us either joy or suffering.

The world is the way it is, it’s how we choose to perceive it that changes our reality and experience of it.

I hope the Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro will change his perception of the world and how he views the rainforests and indigenous people, because ultimately in the long run he is not only destroying them but destroying himself, he has chosen to bring that energy into his own life, I hope for his soul he is not too late to cultivate a new perception.

Sending Love his Way 🙏🌱💚 🌎
